AECOM wants $80 million in public aid for skyline-shaping St. Paul project

The Los Angeles developer behind an ambitious, four-building project along downtown St. Paul's has disclosed more details about its plans, including an estimated total cost — $788 million — and how much of that will be borne by taxpayers.
