Boston Mayor Walsh says he's committed to ‘overhauling’ city zoning panel

“I've asked for an independent and comprehensive review and I am fully committed to overhauling the Zoning Board of Appeal,” Walsh said in a statement Monday. The statement appeared to be a shift from his initial insistence that there had been “no wrongdoing” at or by the ZBA.
