Skyway salad spot Green + The Grain planning two St. Paul locations

The lines that snake from its Minneapolis skyway locations every weekday around lunch hour should've been a clue this was coming: Green + The Grain is planning to add the fifth and sixth stores to its mini-chain of salad and wrap shops.
