Park board approves severance with outgoing director but keeps it sealed

The Cincinnati Board of Park Commissioners unanimously approved a severance agreement with the outgoing director on Tuesday, but neither the board nor the city have disclosed its contents, with a department spokesman saying the city solicitor’s office has to approve its release.
