Harley-Davidson sales down in Q3 for another consecutive quarter

As Harley-Davidson continues with its objective to grow international business to 50% of annual revenue by 2027, the company reported that international retail sales were up 2.7%. Total international motorcycle sales grew to 23,619 from 23,006 a year ago.
