Best Buy will end appointment-only shopping, recall 9,000 furloughed workers

Best Buy Co. Inc. said Tuesday that it will bring 800 of its stores back to nearly-normal operations, after spending weeks restricting them to curbside pickup and a partly-open model in which customers needed both an appointment and an escort to enter the store.
