“By offering a wealth of invaluable information, this new website supports our mission to drive best practices in corporate disclosure, governance and informed investing,” said Terri Anne Powers, NIRI Chicago chairman. “The website also makes it easy to find news about our chapter and learn about the practice of investor relations from industry experts and other investor relations officers.”
Among the features of the new and improved NIRI Chicago website:
- Information on the chapter’s professional development and networking events, including the annual NIRI Chicago IR Workshop.
- Summaries of past events and links to webcasts. Most recently, these included programs on artificial intelligence, virtual annual meetings and investor targeting.
- Case studies on real-life challenges faced by the chapter’s investor relations officers.
- Career development information, including a summary of NIRI’s Investor Relations Body of Knowledge.
