Music Unifies The Community

Portland, Jul 29, 2020 (Issuewire.com) - Music is the bond that unifies a community, and the passing of a community member further reinforces the strength of this bond. In 2018, Tajh Price (27), a loving father of three, son, and role model to his peers, tragically lost his life, leaving behind family and loved ones in disbelief. Although this struck Price's community with grief, some of Tajh's closest friends seek to keep his spirit alive by embodying him in their music and clothing apparel.

Aaron Peil (a.k.a A-Laced Productionz) and Daniel Winters (a.k.a Dub Twenty Inches) are continuing Tajh's legacy by celebrating his life with a new line of clothing apparel named after their fallen brother, "Fetti Train Apparel." The Fetti Train Apparel clothing is branded after Tajh's nickname, Fetti, and features a steam locomotive transporting sacks of money. The idea for the design came to Aaron and Daniel following the passing of their friend, recognizing that Tajh's persona needed to be immortalized in a way that would captivate the respect of a broader audience and "keep the Fetti Train chugging," says Aaron.

Aaron and Daniel have been producing beats and making music over the last 15-years under their respective aliases, A-Laced Productionz and Dub Twenty Inches, in the greater Portland area. Until the recent COVID-19 pandemic, they were only able to focus a limited amount of time on their passion. After quitting their jobs driving box trucks during the graveyard shift, Aaron and Daniel decided to bet on themselves and pursue a career in the music and entrepreneurial industry. Aaron says, "the pandemic has really opened our eyes and companies don't care about employees, so we wanna be our own bosses."

Aaron Peil began his music career by creating simple beats and using instruments for rap battles via FL studio at the age of 16. Following a near-death, car-totalling accident in his early twenties, he began to reevaluate and appreciate his life and decided to change lanes. Music quickly became a therapeutic outlet after the unfortunate event, giving him freedom of expression without limitations. This led to him ultimately obtaining his GED and pursuing higher education in music production. While on course to completing his Community College courses, his son was born and as he said, "life happened." Aaron sees his music as an emotional release with each key. He has worked with many well-established artists from the Portland area such as Ill Oby, Hush the Myth, Rob Cheeze, Blaccface, Shotglass, and Jacmov to name a few. Now, without the stress of a 9-5, Aaron is working on 4-5 new beats a week through A-Laced Productionz and launching the Fetti Train Apparel clothing line with Daniel Winters.

Daniel Winters found music to be a different expressive outlet. Moving to Oregon as a young boy with his mother, he quickly fell in with the wrong crowd and found himself in and out of the juvenile justice system. After realizing that he needed a new focus in order to improve his situation, he found relief in writing rhymes and freestyling. As time progressed, Daniel re-established himself, fell in with a new crowd, and began performing with his first group, The GWOP Boys. "After my first show, I knew I wanted to do music forever," says Daniel, recalling how essential music is to his life, "I know music is in my heart and I'm gonna let it shine." Since his first performance with the GWOP Boys, Daniel a.k.a Dub Twenty Inches has been working with Ice Water Recordz and partnering with other artists to create influential music. One of the most motivational people in Daniel's life has been his brother, RC JoJo. RC JoJo not only influenced Daniel to pursue his music passion but also suggested expanding his market by moving out of state. Upon leaving his job during the COVID-19 pandemic, he drove 5-days straight in an old Honda with Anthony Sampson (a.k.a Hyghly Kontagious) to the south in order to expand their audience and network with nothing more than a laptop and the clothes on their backs.

Daniel and Aaron are no strangers to the diligence it takes in order to establish themselves and create an everlasting movement that will change the lives of those around them. The two looks to continue expanding their network and reaching more markets through the remainder of 2020 and indefinitely with Daniel's relocation to the south where their music continues to reach different fanbases. The two are currently focusing their efforts to get the clothing line off the ground and creating the song that will immortalize their fallen brother, Tajh, titling it, "Fetti Train Banger" featuring RC JoJo. When Tajh's life was taken from his family suddenly, it did not stop the progression that Aaron and Daniel had established, it only fueled the momentum of the "Fetti Train" and their message of unity.
