Target backing Summit Academy expansion in Thor-built North Minneapolis offices

Target Corp. said Monday it will help Summit Academy OIC, a vocational training center in North Minneapolis, build out a new facility at the Regional Acceleration Center, the office building built by Thor Construction before that company's collapse in 2019.
