Actress and producer Natasha McCrea is announcing her one-woman show, Evolution Of A Love Addict, as part of the Black Voices Virtual Festival. The show livestreams on October 23rd at 7 pm PST.
The show offers a sneak peek into the mind of a serial-dating divorcee on a funny, eclectic quest to find the love that really matters. Along this journey, she revisits life-altering events from her past.
McCrea is committed to sharing her journey in order to let other women know they are not alone. “I really want to encourage and empower younger girls,” she says, “Because I didn’t get the memo about self-love and self-care until I was in my 20s.”
McCrea debuted Evolution Of A Love Addict in 2012 to sold out audiences. Then she successfully toured across the United States and won the Atlanta Black Theatre Festival’s Best Playwright award. The national tour performances included audience feedback sessions in which McCrea encouraged women to face their fears and step into their life’s purpose.
Through the development of Evolution of a Love Addict, several years of counseling, and serial entrepreneurship, Natasha turned her life around and elevated herself from Love Addict to Love CEO. She is the Founder of Love CEO institute, the place where women promote themselves from Love Employee to Love CEO. Her Love CEO program guides alpha females into designing the life they want with grace and ease, so they can attract what their heart desires.
“I believe women are the gatekeepers to love,” McCrea says, “You have more power than society has led you to believe, and when you tap into that love power you can create the life and relationships you deserve!”
