Nike says layoffs will affect 700 workers at Washington County headquarters

The company previously said at least 500 workers would lose their jobs as part of an ongoing streamlining of its operations. On Monday, the company filed an official mass-layoff notice with the state in which it said approximately 700 workers would lose their jobs by Jan. 8.
