Black Friday starts slow at Target, Best Buy, as retailers spread out sales and shoppers

Shoppers arrived at storefronts around Minneapolis/St. Paul early this morning, the traditional start of the holiday shopping season. But there were far fewer of them than usual, as this is anything but a traditional year.
