WatermanCLARK Announces Appointment of Jonathon Blackwell as Chief Investment Officer

WatermanCLARK, LLC (“Company”), a privately-held commercial real estate investment and operating company, today announced the appointment of industry veteran Jonathon Blackwell as Chief Investment Officer.

Blackwell is a respected commercial real estate professional and was formerly a director in the Investments Group at real estate investment trust SL Green. In that role, Blackwell co-managed a team of 10 professionals that were responsible for sourcing and oversight of underwriting, negotiation and execution of more than $20 billion worth of transactions.

He was also a founding member of Emerging Professionals in Real Estate (EMPIRE). Blackwell has been a long-time supporter of Harlem Children’s Zone and is a member of Habitat for Humanity’s New York City Real Estate Council. He graduated from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
