Pre-ipo purchase

Can someone help me with my first pre-ipo purchase, please? I am thinking of buying Cloudastructure shares but I don’t know what happens after this company goes public? Can I easily transfer shares to E*trade brokerage acount? What fees are involved? Any help is much apreciated. Thank you.
