Sen. Ted Cruz: How an expanded spectrum pipeline could lead to 'hundreds of thousands' of jobs

Dallas-based telecom giant AT&T is "understandably concerned" after Congress in March allowed the Federal Communications Commission’s authority to auction spectrum for broadband deployment to expire for the first time in 30 years, U.S. Sen. Tex Cruz said in an exclusive interview. Cruz is the ranking member on the Senate Commerce Committee, which has jurisdiction over telecom, broadband and the Internet.
