Mr. Imamura has also held executive positions at Teradyne and Keyware Solutions. Nobuyuki Imamura is a graduate of the engineering school at Keio University in Japan.

After an extensive search, Mr. Imamuras very strong management background coupled with a career highlighted by many years in sales and sales management in Japan, made him a natural fit for CoWare, said Alan Naumann. Im confident that Mr. Imamara will continue building on the long history of success and excellent team we currently have in place in a region that is critical to CoWares strategy. Im pleased to welcome him to CoWare.

I am very excited about joining CoWare KK as president with the support of Mr. Jan Goodsell as chairman of CoWare KK, said Nobuyuki Imamura. CoWare KK has a very strong position in the ESL market in Japan. Our customers are constantly faced with new design challenges and our team strives to keep our level of customer satisfaction high. I am up for the challenge and looking forward to working with a very strong CoWare KK team to serve our customers.

As the leader of the CoWare KK team for the past nine years, its been my privilege to help the leading Japanese semiconductor and electronics companies meet the design challenges brought on by exploding embedded software content and increasingly complex hardware architectures, said Jan Goodsell, chairman of CoWare KK. Thanks to the trust and confidence these leading companies have put in CoWare and our technology, we have been able to build the largest ESL customer base in Japan. I am very pleased that we had the opportunity to recruit someone of Imamura-sans caliber to take over the operational management of our Japan operations while I retain a role in driving CoWares strategy with customer and industry relationships in the region.
