Item 8.01. Other Events.

On September 12, 2008, Command Security Corporation (the “Company”) announced that it completed the acquisition of substantially all of the assets of Eagle International Group, LLC (“EIG”) and International Security & Safety Group, LLC (“ISSG”), providers of security services primarily in Broward and Palm Beach counties in Florida. EIG and ISSG have an aggregate of approximately 200 employees and estimated annual sales of approximately $5.0 million in 2008. A copy of the press release announcing these acquisitions is included with this Current Report as Exhibit 99.1, and is incorporated herein by reference.
