On November, 2, 2010, The KEYW Holding Corporation issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2010.  The Company will conduct a conference call at 4:30 pm (EDT) on November 2, 2010 to discuss these results.  Instructions on how to access the call are contained in the press release, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
