Item 8.01 Other Events.
On April 2, 2007, Ramco-Gershenson Properties Trust issued a press release
announcing that it will redeem all of its outstanding 7.95% Series C Cumulative
Convertible Preferred Shares of Beneficial Interest on June 1, 2007. The shares
will be redeemed at $28.50 per share, plus accrued and unpaid dividends. A copy
of the April 2, 2007 press release is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is
incorporated by reference herein.
