Remarks: (1) On 4 May 2018, GPIC granted Mr. Lendais an option to purchase 3,500 shares of GPIC common stock for his service as a Director and his service on certain committees of GPIC during the prior twelve month period, pursuant to the 1994 Directors' Stock Option Plan. The grant was exempt under Rule 16b-3. The option is fully vested and exercisable six months and one day after grant.
