ITEM 2.02.    RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION.

On January 8, 2019, Boston Scientific Corporation issued a press release announcing preliminary unaudited sales results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2018. A copy of this press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
