(b) On February 27, 2008, Champion Enterprises, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that, in connection
with a reorganization of it's North American manufacturing operations, Bobby J. Williams, its vice
president, operations, is no longer with the Company. The Company’s press release relating to the
foregoing is attached to this Report as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
