(NYSE: NRL) announced that to ensure that stockholders have sufficient time to consider proxy materials it has changed the date for the special meeting of stockholders. The meeting will be held on Tuesday, August 28, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. at 605 Third Avenue, New York, NY 10158. The record date for determining stockholders entitled to vote at the meeting remains May 30, 2007.
