SunEdison, Inc. (NYSE: SUNE) Is a renewable energy development company, develops, finances, installs, owns, and operates renewable power plants to residential, commercial, government, and utility customers.
SUNE has been plummeting since mid July and while it's always a good idea to avoid losers, SUNE appears to have finally bounced off its 52 week low of 20 cents relatively well.
Shares of SUNE are up almost 50% early in the trading day off heavier than usual volume. While, we don't believe the SUNE is a healthy longterm play, it appears to be enjoying a temporary burst in share price possibly because it's highly oversold. SUNE's RSI (Relative Strength Index) is still below 30 at 29.66.
However, the solar industry is seeing much needed improvement that has been noted in 2015 and is continuing into 2016.
