'Critical investments' for St. Louis seen in infrastructure bill passed by U.S. Senate

The U.S. Senate on Tuesday approved a $1 trillion infrastructure bill, a measure that includes some $8 billion for Missouri and "critical investments" for the St. Louis region, according to a business group.
