MLB teams consider legal action against Valley city over spring training complex

The city of Glendale said it has denied multiple service requests for the teams over the past couple of years. Now, at least one of the MLB teams that uses the city's spring training facility is considering legal action against the city, reports say, regarding the construction of locker rooms.
