Northwest Airlines (NYSE: NWA) today announced a Holiday Fare Sale offering travelers attractive airfares during the upcoming holiday season for travel throughout the continental 48 United States and between the continental 48 states and Canada. This is the 12th year for this annual sale.
Tickets at Northwest's Holiday Sale prices are available for purchase until November 26, 2008. Travel is valid Nov. 20, 2008, to December 3, 2008, and Dec. 17, 2008, to January 5, 2009. Holiday Sale fare examples shown below include the deepest discounts on Super Off-Peak Days being offered on select dates from Nov. 15, 2007, through Jan. 7, 2008.

Northwest's Holiday Sale fares are currently available for purchase through the airline's Web site at www.nwa.com, Northwest Airlines reservations at 1-800-225-2525, most travel Web sites and through travel agents.
