AstraZeneca forecasts profit fall as net rises 24%

AstraZeneca on Thursday reports a 24% climb in fourth-quarter profit, helped by generic drugmakers’ inability to produce a blood pressure drug and from pandemic flu vaccines, as it forecast 2010 profits to fall.
