Start-up seeks to outflank Google in new market

While Google Inc. long ago achieved dominance of Internet search-advertising in the U.S. and many foreign markets, start-up OpenX Technologies Inc. is quietly attempting to outflank the goliath in the burgeoning display-advertising market.
