Inflation watch in Hong Kong

In the West there may still be debate about the bigger bogeyman of deflation or inflation; in Asia it’s pretty clearly now the latter. Hong Kong is perhaps unique as it had a painful run in with deflation in its recent history with prices falling 16% from 1998 to 2004. Now it could see a reversal.
