Bookies see Europe stocks extending rally

PARIS, Oct 6 (Reuters) - Financial bookmakers expected to see the leading European indexes rising on Wednesday, adding to the previous day's rally and tracking gains on Wall Street and in Asia sparked by hopes of further monetary stimulus.
