Payrolls grow by 151,000 in October

Nonfarm payrolls increased by 151,000 in October and the unemployment rate held steady at 9.6%, the Labor Department said Friday. The report was better than expected. The pace of job creation is still not fast enough to dent the high unemployment rate.
