Europe Factors-Shares set to extend two-week rally

PARIS, Dec 13 (Reuters) - Financial bookmakers expect the main European benchmark indexes to rise on Monday, tracking gains in Asia and on Wall Street and extending a two-week rally in the wake of upbeat Chinese and U.S. macro data.
