SuperGroup Buys Key EU Distributor For Up To EUR40 Million

LONDON -(Dow Jones)- U.K. fashion retailer SuperGroup PLC (SGP.LN) Friday said it agreed to buy its principal European distributor for up to EUR40 million in cash and shares, in a deal that will boost margins and accelerate the company's expansion in the region.
