Europe Factors-Shares seen higher; China PMI in focus

LONDON, March 1 (Reuters) - European shares were set to rise on Tuesday, tracking gains on Wall Street buoyed by bullish comments by Warren Buffett and in Asia after slowing Chinese manufacturing growth eased concerns about inflation.
