Bookies see Europe stocks extending losses

PARIS, March 2 (Reuters) - Financial bookmakers expect to see the main European stock indexes falling on Wednesday for a second day in a row, tracking losses on Wall Street as mounting tensions in the Middle East and North Africa rattle investors.
