Europe Factors-Shares set to edge down for second day

LONDON, March 23 (Reuters) - European shares were set to dip for the second straight session on Wednesday, tracking weakness on Wall Street and in Asia, on heightened nervousness over political unrest in the Middle East and on caution ahead of a key parliamentary vote in Portugal.
