UPDATE 1-Ex-Nasdaq worker pleads guilty over insider trading

WASHINGTON, May 26 (Reuters) - A former Nasdaq employee, Donald Johnson, pleaded guilty on Thursday to securities fraud for insider trading on several occasions to reap more than $640,000 over three years, the U.S. Justice Department said.
