CANADA STOCKS-TSX closes up more than 3 percent after Fed

TORONTO, Aug 9 (Reuters) - Toronto's main stock market index jumped more than 3 percent in volatile trading on Tuesday after the U.S. Federal Reserve cut its view of the economy but promised to keep interest rates low.
