Process Expo 2011, the global food equipment and technology show being held in Chicago on November 1st - 4th, will feature over 400 exhibitors. This is the primary trade show for the food and beverage industry with over 10,000 attendees. Participants will learn about the latest trends, discuss important issues in the industry, and see new equipment and technology demonstrated.
