Microsoft, HP Under Scrutiny in Senate Tax Probe

A Senate subcommittee pointed the finger at Microsoft and Hewlett-Packard on Thursday in a report on how U.S. multinational corporations shift profits offshore to avoid taxation, CNBC's Eamon Javers reported.
