UPDATE 1-Hertz receives antitrust nod for Dollar Thrifty acquisition

Nov 15 (Reuters) - U.S. antitrust regulators approved car rental company Hertz Global Holdings Inc's $2.56 billion bid for smaller rival Dollar Thrifty Automotive Group, bringing an end to a more than two-year long takeover saga.
