UPDATE 1-FTC nominee says to recuse himself on Google issues for 2 years

WASHINGTON, Dec 4 (Reuters) - A Republican law professor nominated to the Federal Trade Commission said on Tuesday he would recuse himself from the agency's investigations into Google for two years to avoid any possible conflicts of interest.
