Tomorrow, Goldman Sachs kicks off the 2013 edition of its Technology and Internet conference in San Francisco with a bang: Apple CEO Tim Cook will speak at 7:15 a.m. Pacific Tuesday morning, to be followed immediately by eBay CEO John Donahoe and Broadcom CEO Scott McGregor; the lunch keynote will be Yahoo CEO Marissa Mayer. The conference continues through mid-day Thursday.
