Five Oaks Investment Corp. (NYSE: OAKS ) ("Five Oaks" or the "Company") announced today that it has priced its initial public offering of 4,033,333 shares of common stock at $15.00 per share. The Company is also selling 1,666,667 shares of common stock at $15.00 per share in a concurrent
