Asset Acceptance Capital Corp. (NASDAQ: AACC) announced today that it will issue a press release containing its financial results for the first quarter 2013 on Monday, April 29, 2013, after the market closes.

On March 6, 2013, Encore Capital Group announced its acquisition of Asset Acceptance. As a result, Asset Acceptance will not host a conference call to discuss its first quarter 2013 financial results.
