IPC The Hospitalist Company Presenting at Five Events at the Society of Hospital Medicine’s 2014 Conference

IPC The Hospitalist Company, Inc. (Nasdaq: IPCM), a leading national physician group practice company, today announced that there will be five conference events led by its hospitalist physician leaders and non-clinical personnel at the Society of Hospital Medicine’s (SHM) 2014 Hospital Medicine conference, held March 24-27, 2014 in Las Vegas. The conference is the largest national conference focused exclusively on hospital medicine.

  • Wednesday, March 26 at 3:00-4:00 p.m.—“Patient Centered Synchronized Admission Team: An Innovative, Interdisciplinary Patient-centered Approach to Care Delivery at Hospital Admission,” an Innovations Oral Presentation by Bob Kumar, M.D. and Madeline O’Hara Moffo, PA, both with IPC’s Delaware Region, Christiana Practice Group
  • Thursday, March 27 at 8:00-9:30 a.m.—“Starting a Post-acute Care Practice,” a Workshop led by Jerome Wilborn, M.D., IPC National Medical Director for Post-acute Care
