Choice Strategies, a division of WageWorks, Inc. (NYSE: WAGE), a leader in administering Consumer-Directed Benefits, will be honored by the Governor's Council on Physical Fitness & Sports and the Vermont Department of Health with the Worksite Wellness Silver-Level Award in recognition of Choice Strategies’ commitment to workplace wellness and employee wellbeing. The award will be presented on March 27, 2014 at the Sheraton Hotel & Conference Center in South Burlington, VT.

The Worksite Wellness Awards recognize Vermont companies with programs that decrease absenteeism and turnover and lower healthcare costs. Choice Strategies’ Wellness Committee engages employees in activities and programs designed to promote a healthy lifestyle, with emphasis on nutrition, stress reduction, ergonomics and exercise. The committee issues healthy eating and lifestyle tips, holds on-site health screenings, hosts outdoor activities, and offers healthy lifestyle incentives throughout the year to keep employees engaged and thinking about their health.
