KLAS Report Recognizes Conifer Health Solutions as Early Leader in Population Health Management

Conifer Health Solutions today said it is recognized as an early leader in population health management (PHM) by KLAS, an independent healthcare research firm. In the report, “Population Health Management 2013: Scouting the PHM Roster,” Conifer Health is cited by providers for its ability to predict financial risk, analyze claims and measure performance.

Population health management emerged as the hot topic at both the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) and the American Medical Group Association’s (AMGA) 2014 annual conferences.
