Delek US Holdings Declares Special Cash Dividend of $0.10 per Share

Delek US Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: DK) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a special cash dividend of $0.10 per share. Shareholders of record at the close of business on June 26, 2014 will receive the special cash dividend payable on July 17, 2014.
